We will start with a 1:1 consultation so that I can learn about your running history, your current goals, and the amount of time you can dedicate to your training. I will use this information to build a MONTHLY custom training plan that will help you reach your running goals!
The training plan will be electronically delivered via Final Surge AT THE FIRST OF EVERY MONTH and you will get daily reminders for each of your scheduled workouts. A mid-plan check-in and race day strategy plan is included.
