Do you have a big goal in mind and need a place to start? Look no further! Hell on Heels Running can build you the ultimate plan, as long as you have the fire and determination to follow it!


We will start with a 1:1 consultation so that I can learn about your running history, your current goals, and the amount of time you can dedicate to your training. I will use this information to build a custom training plan that will help you reach your running goals!


The training plan will be electronically delivered via Final Surge and you will get daily reminders for each of your scheduled workouts. A mid-plan check-in and race day strategy plan is included.


**This plan is semi-flexible, so if you need anything adjusted throughout your journey, we can fix it! Also, you can contact me at anytime through facebook, email, or Final Surge***If you are looking for full support, please consider the Monthly Coaching***


This is ideal for marathoners or challenge runners! (30 Weeks and below)


    This plan will be delivered through Final Surge no later than 2 weeks after payment. Please schedule a 1:1 consulation before the target kickoff training date. 


    Due to this being an electronically delivered program, there will not be any refunds. However, I strive to make all my clients happy and will provide the utmost training support possible.
